We land at Cairo International Airport! Our English-speaking staff will warmly greet you and assist with visa procedures, passport control, and luggage collection. Afterward, we’ll transfer to your selected hotel, where you can relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we’ll meet our private Egyptologist guide, who will accompany us on a fascinating tour of the majestic Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus. The Great Sphinx of Egypt will welcome us to this ancient world.
We’ll visit the papyrus gallery, where we’ll discover how the ancient Egyptians crafted this material so essential to their culture.
After a delicious lunch at a traditional restaurant, we’ll immerse ourselves in the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in Cairo, home to the world’s largest collection of Egyptian art, with 170,000 pieces. The treasure of King Tutankhamun, the most significant archaeological discovery of the 20th century, will leave us breathless.
We’ll have breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for a domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, our staff will assist us, and we’ll travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the Nile cruise ship, where a delicious lunch awaits us on board.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Temple of Luxor, built by the pharaohs Amenhotep III and Ramses II, and the Temple of Karnak, the most influential religious center of ancient Egypt, dedicated to the god Amun.
We’ll enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation on board the cruise ship.
After breakfast on board, we’ll explore the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of the New Kingdom pharaohs are located, including some queens, princes, and nobles.
We’ll visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, a unique temple built by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most powerful women in ancient Egypt.
We’ll admire the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues that represent the pharaoh Amenhotep III.
We’ll have lunch on board and sail to Edfu.
We’ll enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation on board.
After breakfast on board, we’ll travel by carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.
We’ll sail to Kom Ombo and have lunch on board.
We’ll visit the Temple of Sobek, an unusual temple dedicated to two gods: the falcon Haroeris and the crocodile Sobek.
We’ll sail to Aswan and enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation on board.
After breakfast on board, we’ll visit the High Dam of Aswan, built in 1960 to protect Egypt from the Nile floods.
We’ll transfer to the Unfinished Obelisk, famous for its red granite and its history related to Queen Hatshepsut or Nefertiti.
We’ll enjoy lunch and dinner on board.
We’ll have breakfast and disembark from the cruise ship.
We’ll transfer to Aswan Airport for a return flight to Cairo.
Upon arrival, our staff will assist us, and we’ll transfer to the hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll transfer to the airport to board our flight back home, carrying unforgettable memories of our trip to Egypt.
Documentation and Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your planned return date. The entry visa can be obtained upon arrival at Egyptian airports for $25 USD per person (applicable to all nationalities). For added convenience, you can also apply for an eVisa through the official Egyptian government portal: https://visa2egypt.gov.eg/.
Pricing
Tour and package prices are quoted in US dollars per person and are valid until September 30, 2025, excluding Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays.
Booking and Payment Terms
To confirm your reservation and secure your spot on the tours and services during your 7-night journey to Egypt, a 10% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining 90% will be paid upon arrival in Cairo, directly to your English-speaking guide.
Archaeological Site Tickets
Please note that entry tickets to specific archaeological sites, such as the interior of the Pyramids, the Solar Boat Museum, the Royal Mummies Hall, and Tutankhamun’s Tomb, are not included in standard tour packages and require an additional fee.
Tipping and Customs
In Egypt, tipping is a common and appreciated practice to express gratitude for exceptional service. While not mandatory, your generosity will be warmly welcomed, especially during Nile cruises, where tipping is obligatory.
Itinerary Flexibility
The order of visits and activities during your 7-night journey to Egypt may be adjusted due to technical or operational reasons, such as flight or train schedules or cruise departure times. However, all visits included in the original itinerary will be guaranteed.
Groups and Private Tours
Tours in Cairo are private for our clients. However, during Nile cruises, passengers who have not booked a private tour with an exclusive guide may be grouped with other travelers at specific times, especially if they share similar dates and visit schedules.
